This nearly always starts bubbling away  even after a few years and as it is aluminium corrosion it is near impossible to get rid of once it has started as the “roots” of the corrosion go deep down into the aluminium. After a re-paint the bubbling will start showing through again even after only a few months!

The best way to cure this problem is to fit brand new panels like we have here and use the method of prevention is better than cure by ensuring there is a good layer of paint in-between this panel and the steel frames it rivets to as it is this that sets off the corrosion of the aluminium. If you look at your original one you will see Land Rover has used barely any paint on the back of them so if you make sure yours has a good layer in between this panel will last forever.

This panel is laser cut out of aluminium and then stamped using one press tool which does every last fold, indent and hole, all in one go so every panel is precision accurate.

Unlike some fabrications that are made using a separate folder for each part which as you can imagine can easily lead to inaccuracies! Creating one press tool to do the lot in one go is the most expensive way however we feel the quality of the finished product justifies this. These really are the best on the market and are guaranteed to fit perfectly!

This are painted in etch primer so are ready to be painted your body colour.
These can be easily painted off the vehicle and then just simply pop riveted on. The best part is Land Rover also painted this part off the vehicle so un-painted rivet heads will make your Land Rover look factory! (if the rivets which hold this part on your vehicle are painted then your Land Rover has been resprayed at some point as the rivet heads should be bare)
