NEW Distributor with Electronic points/Contact system.
Works with the standard coil.
Will Fit Land Rover 90/110 2.25 & 2.5 Petrol engines and Series 2.25 engines
2.25 often have ducellier distributor (Cram cap) this can be replaced with this type just requires ignition feed from the coil.
As a guide to fitting.
Note where HT leads are
Note orientation of Distributor cap
Note Rotor arm direction
Remove cap with leads still attched
Undo 10mm nut
Pull old unit out
Fit new unit with arm in same direction
Fit HT leads to new cap in same order
Refit 10mm nut.
Loosen clamp 8mm nut
Start engine.
(Basic no tool get you going set up until professional help is located) Turn clockwise till engines stops going faster then turn back slightly until engine speed drops slightly.
